01Who the controller is

Entropic AI, based in São Paulo (SP), Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed through this site. Our data protection officer can be reached at gabriel@entropic-ai.com.br.

02What data we process

We collect the minimum needed to run the site and reply to people who contact us:

• Data you send us: when you reach out via WhatsApp or e-mail, we receive whatever you share, such as name, phone, e-mail, company and the content of your message.
• Technical access data: our hosting provider automatically logs IP address, date and time of access, requested pages and browser information, in records used for security and service availability.
• Cookies: we only use the necessary cookie described in section 5. Analytics and marketing cookies are not used without your consent.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or data from children and adolescents through this site, and we make no automated decisions based on browsing data.

03Why we use it and on what legal basis

Each use has a specific purpose and a legal basis provided for in article 7 of the LGPD:

• Replying to your contact, preparing proposals and managing the business relationship: performance of a contract or preliminary steps at the data subject's request (art. 7, V).
• Keeping the site secure and available and diagnosing failures: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), always limited to what is strictly necessary.
• Optional cookies (analytics and marketing), if they are ever used: consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your browsing.
• Complying with legal or regulatory obligations, such as keeping access logs (art. 7, II).

04Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with providers essential to running the site:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and access logs.
• Google (Google Fonts), Tailwind Labs (cdn.tailwindcss.com) and unpkg/Cloudflare: they serve the fonts and libraries needed to display the page. When loading those files, your browser sends your IP address to these providers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and Kiwify: only when you click to talk to us or complete a purchase. From then on, those platforms' privacy policies apply.

Some of these providers are located outside Brazil. International transfers rely on the safeguards of article 33 of the LGPD, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the providers themselves.

05Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. By default, this site only uses necessary cookies; the “analytics” and “marketing” categories are off and are only used if you enable them in the cookie notice or the preference center. No cookie from either category is currently in use.

You can review your choice at any time using the “Cookies” button pinned to the corner of the screen or the button below. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; in that case, the notice will be shown again on your next visit.

06How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a business relationship exists, for the retention periods required by law.
• Access logs: for the period set by applicable law (article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Framework, Marco Civil da Internet), under the hosting provider's responsibility.
• Consent cookie: 180 days, or until you clear your browser cookies.

07Your rights

As a data subject, you may at any time and free of charge (article 18 of the LGPD):

• confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• request the portability of your data to another provider;
• request the deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
• know who we share your data with;
• withdraw consent and object to processing carried out in breach of the law.

To exercise any of these rights, write to gabriel@entropic-ai.com.br. We will reply within the deadlines set by the LGPD. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

08Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risk, such as encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to mailboxes and hosting with a provider that maintains its own security controls. No system is fully secure: if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects as required by law.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our providers or the law. The date at the top indicates the current version. If we start using optional cookies, the consent notice will be shown again so you can decide.
